The call analysis module is a tool that allows reporting and analysis of outgoing and incoming calls from the headquarters as well as the time of logging agents into individual groups in the headquarters.
With the innovaphone control panel, we have access to recorded calls. 
Access to reports is provided by a website based on the IIS web server.
